Introduction to 4-Aminophthalhydrazide
Isoluminol-labelled antigen or antibody is added to the immunoassay system and bound to the antigen or antibody in the sample to be tested, forming an immune complex. The intensity of the luminescence in the immune complex is then measured by chemiluminescence to determine the amount of antigen or antibody in the sample.
