Introduction:

The bullet magnet consist of a stainless steel pipe and a strong permanent magnet core specially made of a powerful strontium ferrite or neodymium iron boron (rare earth).
Both the stainless steel pipe and the magnetic core of the bullet magnet are very robustly constructed.

How to work:

The magnet bullet works on the principle of magnetic attraction. As the product flows through the magnet, the magnetic particles are attracted to the magnetic core, which is made of powerful rare-earth magnets. The non-magnetic particles continue to flow downstream, while the magnetic particles are retained on the surface of the magnet core and then magnetic ferrous particles are removed in the manual cleaning process (wiping off).

Alternatively, the core can be placed in a cleaning solution to dissolve any particles that are stuck to the surface. After cleaning, the core should be thoroughly rinsed and dried before being re-installed in the housing.
