Product Description
Saliva gDNA Isolation Kit provides a fast and simple procedure for isolating genomic DNA from saliva or swab samples collected. Human genomic DNA extracted from buccal epithelial cells and white blood cells found in saliva or swab samples can be used in various applications in diagnostics. Saliva DNA can also be used to diagnose particular types of infections. Saliva gDNA purified using this kit is of the highest quality, and is compatible with a number of downstream research applications including PCR analysis, Southern Blot analysis, sequencing or microarray analysis. This kit is compatible with BEIWO BW Express 16, Allsheng Auto-Pure 32A and other similar nucleic acid purification systems.

Test Principle
During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to adsorb, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.

Features
This kit can take up to 400 μL of sample per prep.This kit does not require any pretreatment when extracting. Lysis and magnetic beads can be combined in the same reaction system, which can greatly save manual operation time. This kit is CE certified.

Storage and Stability
