rProtein A Seplife® Suno is a Protein A affinity chromatography resin developped by Sunresin. The spherical, highly cross-linked agarose media is used as the matrix, and the alkali-resistant recombinant protein A is bonded to the matrix through Sunresin's independent innovation technology.
rProtein A Seplife® Suno can specifically bind to the Fc region of antibodies and is used for the separation and purification of antibodies (mAbs and polyclonal antibodies). High-purity antibodies can be obtained from samples such as ascites, serum or culture fluid with only one step of affinity chromatography.
